Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Product — No Returns

FileDAS provides a digital service (automated DAS form generation). Because our products are digital credits consumed instantly upon use, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges.

Credit Packs (Pay-Per-Form)

• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and never expire.
• Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
• If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly Subscription (Unlimited)

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription purchase and have not generated any forms, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us here or call (916) 234-3277 with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from generating forms (e.g., a system error that consumed a credit without producing a PDF), contact us and we will restore the affected credits to your account at no charge.
